Spinbox works to the highest quality standards and aims to deliver products without damage. In the case of damage, please notify us by submitting a Support Request as soon as possible. Please include details about the problem, including photos of any visual damage.
Normally, we have stock of all Spinbox systems, modules and parts in order to arrange a quick and a single, complete delivery. The online shop informs the buyer at the purchasing process about the availability in stock for the system, module and/or part that the buyer is intending to purchase. In case a product is not in stock but you decide to purchase it, we will inform you about the estimated delivery timeframe. All the products in stock will be sent over immediately, the products which are not in stock will be sent as soon as possible (without additional charge to the customer for multiple shipping), in this case partial deliveries would be carried out.
Spinbox sends a purchase order confirmation where the lead time for each accesory or components is detailed.
